How Do We Work

At Digital Kolibri we believe that a great product is the result of a co-creation between the client and us. Before starting to develop a brand new website, online shop, photo book or content, we will co-create a structured Working Plan that gives us all tasks and guidelines to follow. It helps us to have a clear notion of what you have in mind for your product, and of our resources to achieve it.

Efficient workflow
In the process of co-creation, we all need to do our part. Depending on the service you purchased, the team of Digital Kolibri will need information and graphic material delivered on time, to follow the plan that we co-created at the beginning of our journey. In the same way, Digital Kolibri will provide sketches and advances on time, for the client to check and share constructive feedback. We believe that keeping a healthy and efficient workflow will help us all to prevent delays, miscommunication and double work. Moreover, it will bring the satisfaction of a well-done job.

Payment guidelines
Digital Kolibri asks for the first payment of 30 to 50% of the total price agreed, before the work begins. This payment can be made in cash or transferred to PayPal, Payoneer or a bank account (only available in Holland, Ecuador or Colombia). At the moment the payment is made, we have already agreed on the Working Plan and are ready to begin implementing it. The following fees will be done after the products are delivered, and the Working Plan will define the deadlines and other relevant details for it.
